Please note that assignment will be made according to reservation order and availability of the facilities and that check-in and check-out dates are not changeable.
*It is possible to add a non-conference companion by selecting “Companion” at check-out. The companion fee of 200 euros includes: hotel stay in a double or twin room with the participant, access to the gala dinner on Friday, June 13. The companion fee does NOT entitle the participant to access to the Rheindays congress.
