The course "From prosthetic planning to immediate loading," organized by Rhein83 Academy in Bologna, is an advanced training program aimed at dentists and dental technicians interested in modern implant-prosthetic restorations.
The program integrates digital planning, guided surgery, and innovative prosthetic solutions such as OT Equator, OT Bridge, and Easy Fix, combining theory, hands-on training, and re-live surgery.
A multidisciplinary approach that optimizes clinical-laboratory workflows and improves predictability in single-unit cases and full-arch restorations.

Dr. Alberto Pispero
Dentist | Oral Surgery Specialist | PhD
Dr. Alberto Pispero is a dentist and specialist in oral surgery. He graduated in dentistry and obtained his specialization in oral surgery with top marks from the University of Milan. In 2019, he obtained a PhD in Odontostomatological Sciences. Between 2022 and 2024, he was a university researcher at the University of Milan, and since 2010, he has been a clinical tutor and consultant at the ASST Santi Paolo e Carlo Dental Clinic. He teaches advanced courses in Oral Pathology, Surgery, and Implantology. He is a founding member of ACAPO and an active member of IAO, SIPMO, SIDP, and ITI. He is currently Treasurer of the Italian Academy of Osseointegration (IAO) and advisor to ANDI Milan–Lodi–Monza. He is the author of scientific publications and a speaker at national and international conferences.

Carlo Borromeo
Dental Technician | Specialist in Implant Prosthetics
He graduated in Dental Technology in 1983 and began his professional career as an apprentice in 1980. In 1988, he founded his own dental laboratory, specializing in implant-supported prostheses, including CAD-CAM systems. Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with numerous companies in the sector, acquiring solid experience in dental materials, ceramics, and implant structures. He has participated in numerous specialized courses and conferences, including training in prosthetic reconstruction on implants, advanced ceramics, and Oral Design at Willi Geller's laboratory in Zurich. He currently collaborates with Rhein83 as a course tutor in Italy and abroad. He is an ANTLO teacher, a speaker at national and international conferences, and the author of scientific publications. He is co-author, together with Colognesi, Streva, and Liberati, of the book "Il Protocollo" and has published numerous clinical papers on removable prostheses.
